Penelope Weber is the projects coordinator for the SSRC’s Digital Culture program, as well as program associate for the Media & Democracy program and Social Data Initiative. She graduated with distinction from Bard College in 2014 with a BA in historical studies, focusing primarily on American and feminist history.
